Over the last 20 years Paul has progressed through the company having worked on, supervised, and managed a host of varied projects including golf courses, high end private gardens, housing schemes, hospitals, schools  industrial schemes, wildlife projects and smaller garden make overs. Although Paul’s position in the company as Contracts Director now means he is far more office based than those early years he can still often be found out on site either overseeing projects, or meeting clients.

“The real enjoyment hits home when I drive past an old project which has flourished providing benefit to others, and I say to myself we did that.”
