Chobham Farm had been an old railway site, which was used as part of the parking provision for the 2012 Olympics. It was subsequently developed via a joint venture between Notting Hill Genesis and Telford Homes.
The landscape is centred around a new public square with an iconic play tower at its heart. With a naturally filtered rainwater pond and glades of wet woodland, this urban oasis is a reimagined, resilient version of the classic London square, able to attenuate a 1:100 year storm.
